Kappeler, Gloria Darlene Hall Smith, Courtney Elizabeth Smith, Tiffany Elaine Smith, Joseph Sampson Smith, IV, Charles Richard Ray, Jr., John Doe and Jane Doe, the latter two Parties being fictitious names used to Designate any and all Unknown heirs, Heirs-at-law, devisees, distributes, descendants, legatees, personal representatives, next of kin, creditors and/or lien creditors of the late Joseph S. Smith a/k/a J.S. Smith, Jr., the late Joseph (Joey) S. Smith a/k/a Joseph S.
